Badminton 

Today was our final badminton lesson we had fun lessons.
Our instructor's name was Kylie. We had 1 lessons for 4 weeks, and were learnt 8 things. It was" forehand, backhand, overhead, underarm, frying pan, shuttercock it has 2 things it's made out of it is plastic and feathers, the feathers are made out of goose and duck. 
Our instructor was pregnant she thinks is might be a girl, it was fun. My teacher Mrs Peterson said "if you're sweating then you work hard". When Kylie said do the frying pan it means do it straight, when I did it I had 63 and my partner Jasmine had 60 she just needed 3 more then she caught up to me but she didn't so we just used 1 shuttercock for buddy up we were doing valles I got 11 points my partner had 9 then it was over we had to go back to our classes then the session was over we all had fun learning how to badminton with our instructor  Kylie she taught us some new things we all said "Thank you Kylie" in a exciting way.

 Aloha my name is Laina and I attend Glen Innes School. I am in Room 10 and my teacher's name is Mrs Petersen. My favourite fruit are strawberries, mango and watermelon. My favourite dinner is  butter chicken and curry. My friends are Jasmine, Leilah, Mrs Petersen, Sylvia, Michelle, Meliana, Frederick, Mele, Rachel, Eric, Chelsie, Mr Beel, Moko, Indira, Mrs Donaldson, Angel and a whole lot of other people. One thing that we all have in common is that were'r all loud, we are loud at laughing. I'm also 9 year old I have 6 brothers 1 sister which equal up to 7, I have 1 step brother, 2 step sisters which equals up to 3 double it is 10. I have 2 pets 1 is a dog and the other is a cat My dog's name is Caesar and my cat's name is Tammy. There are 8 people that live in my house plus the 2 pets equals to 10.

Going with Mr Ramkalawan 

I went with Mr Ramkalowan and Jasmine, Limi, Laurren, Petuana, Jaziea and Sarah. We went to the library with our bags  and practiced our speech, Then we all went to Mr Shaun's van. Jaziea was in the front with Mr Ramkalowan, Jasmine, Limi and I were in the middle sets, Petuana was at the back with Lauren and Sarah. We drove to sylvia park we look for a parking that was free, we walk to the shops and we got Ice-Cream I had cookies and cream. We had to hurry because lauren was saying her speech at 1pm so she went and we were waiting for her then it was Limi's and Jaziea's turn to say their speech. The whole school came and we all had to say our speech when I said mine the light was to bright and it shine in my eye's. After that my whole school left to go back to school and to go to their homes. After that we went to go and eat Jasmine and I had Mcdonalds the rest had butter chicken and it was yummy to eat. Finally we got dropped home by Mr Ramakalowan and it was tiring we I got home I went sleep.

Hi my name is Laina my  topic is Athletics there are 5 activities to do and it is running, discus, 3 sticks, nerf ball throw, shot pot.

My favorite one is running,nerf ball throw and shot pot.

In running I sometimes come second because there is a fast girl in our class it is Eden she's fast, when she's not here I would always be first not second or third.

In nerf ball throw I mostly make it the fairest and when you throw it, it would make a sound like an airplane came past, it looks cool when it spins.

In shot pot theirs to lines boy and girls so when I had a turn the teacher always tell me that is great keep it up, I done it right thats way teachers say that to me.

Learning about water cycle.

Hi every body my name is Laina I go to Glen Innes Primary School.

I am here to talk to you  about the water cycle well we started in term 4. I am going to tell how it works. Accumulate means to collect and it goes into the sea, the sun Evaporates it  and  it go up in the clouds, then it Condensates into the cloud's then it rains its called precipitates and that is rain.

WHAT I LEARNT TODAY

I Learnt how to play 3 sticks in the sandpit and with the skipping ropes. We used 3 ropes and put it in a line then we jump over it and if you don't make it over the ropes then you're out and you lose.

I Learnt how to do the water cycle first it rains then it snows on the mountains then it runs down and runs to the side into the infiltration goes up and goes to the Ocean And the Sea and transpiration  then from the Ocean and Sea it evaporate up to the sun. Then it keeps going from the rain back to the sun and these a part under ground there is fresh water from and it is aquifer that is fresh water.
