3-D shapes

Throughout this term my whole class has been learning about Geometry. Yesterday we created 3-D shapes using nets. I created a tetrahedron. A tetrahedron is shaped like a pyramid, but it has a triangle as a base. While I was creating it, I found it mostly easy but the gluing difficult because it kept on coming off and I was getting frustrated that it kept on coming.
My shape has 4 faces, 6 edges and 4 corners.

1. First you have to cut it out.
2. You have to glue and fold it, but take your time.
3. Finally you've done.

Rotation shapes

WALT rotate shapes.

When I first started to learn how to rotate I found It very difficult. Now I know how to do It, It is getting easier and easier.

Rotation Is when one point is stuck like a brick and the other is easy to move. This morning Mr Ramkalawan showed us a rotation game, It goes like this. First you have to be at 0 degrees, then when someone says " move 90 degrees to your right" then you move your whole body to the right once, with you one foot stuck. Then If they say " move 90 degrees to your left" then you have to move left once with your foot still stuck. Then we played this awesome game, this girl named Taty she had to sing because the object landed on her she had to sing twinkle twinkle, It was funny because she had to sing in front of the whole class, the next one was Mr Ramkalawan he had to do a multiple questions it was 5x3 it equaled up to 15. While we were playing that we were learning rotation at the same time, at that same time I was really hoping that It wouldn't land on me and It didn't. Then we had to go back to our seats and we had to do rotating shapes, It was fun, cool, easy and interesting. Here is a image that I have done about rotation today.

Types of angles

Today we learnt the different types of angles. We took pictures of ourselves showing the the different types of angles and inserted them in a presentation. This is my work.
