Last lesson of Hip-Hop

Today after morning tea we had hip-hop with our hip-hop teacher Izzy. It is her last lesson with us that Izzy will do. I think that this day is better than any other day because It's almost Christmas and It's our last day with Izzy, today we continued our lesson from last week but we put that at the end of the dance and at the beginning we added more to it. We got put into three groups called "one, two and three." All of the groups got to dance with Izzy group by group. After that we all got put into girls and boys group, the girls had to get up and dance first there was only three girls the Izzy told to stay the people who remained standing was Calais, Nastazia and I. Then the boys had to dance and then there was only two boys that remained standing and it was Sale and Tama. Moments after that there was only two people that remained there and it was Sale and Nastazia they danced and then they got a lollipop each.

Kapa Haka Festival

Last week Saturday at Ruapotaka Marae there was a kapa haka festival with abundance of parents and children spectating. There are tons of maori people in the world to be lucky enough to be dancing in front of a crowd, on a rainy day. They were one out of sixteen schools to be chosen to go on stage and start performing.

Amazing Art!

Today after morning tea my class and I made food art on a plate with play-doh, icing and some raisins. We made it about our festival foods but if we couldn't find our food from our festival than we could do any food art on a plate. I did a snail, sun and some grass. For me cause it was easy and sort of hard to make but I still made. I also helped make the play-doh with three other students and I helped our teacher Mrs Ramkalawan make the play -doh the colours we did was green, yellow, blue and red. I'd love to make this again with more colours and try make a much difficult one. I made and chose to make a snail with play-doh because it was an easy one I've thought of. This is my food art I made:
